Boxes/standard containers :  Amatech/Polycel's standard boxes and containers are actually custom manufactured to meet specific customer requirements.  Boxes and containers are constructed from corrugated plastic material available in a range of thicknesses and colors.  Features that can be incorporated into Amatech/Polycel's plastic storage and plastic shipping boxes as well as plastic corrugated containers include tops, fold in flaps, special reinforcements, closure systems incorporating hook and loop fasteners, welded seams.  Boxes and containers can be made to virtually any size, and collapsible versions are possible, greatly reducing size for storage or return transit. 

Totes & Trays : Amatech/Polycel's totes, like standard boxes and containers, are custom made to requirement from corrugated plastic base material.  Plastic totes can be produced to virtually any size.  Some of the popular features incorporated into Amatech Polycel's totes include tapered sides to allow empty totes to nestle, stacking corners and protective channels that provide both long life and allow totes to stack.  Reinforced handles, fold-in flaps and dividers / dunnage can be incorporated into Amatech/Polycel totes to enhance versatility. 

Dividers / partitions / dunnage : Amatech/Polycel has extensive expertise in the design and manufacture of dividers and partitions (also referred to as dunnage).  Dunnage can be made to fit your existing containers or injection molded totes, boxes and containers.  Our divider sets, layer pads, foam inserts and abrasion resistant laminates (spunguard and XLPE) are designed to protect your products.

Foam packaging :Amatech/Polycel packaging foams available include Polyethylene (PE), Cross-Link Polyethylene (XLPE) and Polyurethane.  These come in many densities and colors.  The expendable foam products range from endcap sets for computer components to convoluted foam in paper corrugated cartons.  Our returnable foam products can be combined with plastic corrugated, rack systems, and totes to provide product safety in most shipping enviroments. 

Sleeve pack systems : Amatech/Polycel plastic corrugated sleeves have broad applications from shipping crushed cans to automotive and medical parts.  Sleeves are custom sized and can be used with wood or themoformed pallets.  We also offer molded bulk containers and a repair program to replace broken containers in your production and shipping system at a fraction of the cost of new containers. 

Bulk containers / pallet boxes: Amatech/Polycel stocks and distributes HDPE (high density polyethylene) plastic molded bulk containers and lids in many styles and sizes. We hold 48x45x25, 32x30x34 standard collapsible containers and 48x44x29 and 42x29x28 fixed wall containers in stock for quick shipment. Other sizes, ID tags and pacards are also available upon request. We can slso design and produce dunange (dividers, form, pads) to fit any size container.

Bag & pouch systems: Amatech/Polycel provides custom designed and manufactured soft fabric dunnage for totes, bulk containers and racks. Vinyl fabric dunnage, the the form of tote liners or fabric pouch assemblies, has advantages that offer solutions for material handling challenges such as Class A surface protection. Bag & pouch systems are collapsible, they increase container pack out, and they'er strong and durable. We can design and manufacture into your existing containers and racks or we can offer the full system.

Steel racks & carts: Amatech Polycel can design and build rack systems from the ground up integrating plastic corrugated and/or foam products to meet your specific shipping and/or storage requirements.

Export wood packaging: Amatech/Polycel produces various sizes of heat treated pallets and custom cartons using KD-HT (Kiln Dried - Heat Treated) lumber and corrugated for domestic and international shipments. This product line is also used as supplemental packaging for returnable packaging systems. We can design and build custom pallet sizes and/or carton systems to fit your product.

New Products: Learn about TriPly®, a three-layer polypropylene composite (comparable to Con-Pearl®) consisting of a central structural sheet sandwiched between two smooth exterior sheets. The design of the geometry of the middle structural sheet provides excellent rigidity in all directions.
