These common containers
are sometimes known as RSC (Regular Slotted Container,
HSC
(Half Slotted Container), and DSC (Design
Style
Containers), RETF (Rolled End Tuck Front) and many other styles.
RSC, HSC and RETF are the most common box styles and can be used for most products.
DSC containers can be used for both shipping and shelf storage and
other applications where a cover must be removed and replaced frequently.

Totes & Trays
Our stackable and nestable
totes and trays are designed and manufactured to your specifications using our CAD capabilities and experienced engineers. Stackable totes feature plastic or aluminum stacking rings or corners used in conjunction with plastic or aluminum U-channels. Our nestable totes and postal-style trays feature tapered sides and can be wire reinforced. |

Dividers / Partitions / Dunnage
Amatech/Polycel's dunnage
can be made to fit your existing container or injection molded tote or
box. Our divider sets, layer pads, foam inserts and abrasion resistant
laminates (spunguard and XLPE) are designed to secure and protect your products. |

Foam Packaging
Amatech/Polycel offers a
variety of both returnable and expendable (one time ship) foam products
engineered for the protection of your most sensitive products. The
expendable foam products range from endcap sets for computer components
to convoluted foam in paper corrugated cartons. Our returnable foam
products can be combined with plastic corrugated, rack systems, and totes
to provide product safety in most shipping environments. |

Sleeves Pack Systems
Our plastic corrugated sleeves
have broad applications from shipping crushed cans to automotive and medical
parts. Our sleeves are custom sized and can be used with wood or
vacuum formed pallets. We also offer full pack sets which include sleeve, pallets and internal dunnage (if needed).. |

Bag & Pouch Systems
Amatech/Polycel designs and supplies custom soft fabric bag and pouch dunnage that can be integrated with handheld totes, bulk containers and steel racks for shipping and/or work-in-progress applications. |

Bulk Containers / Pallet Boxes
We offer plastic molded bulk containers and lids in many styles, sizes and colors. As a distributor, we have many in our inventory for quick turnaround. We offer a repair/replace program and also a rental program for new and used containers. |

Carts
We can design and manufacture custom rack systems from the ground up...integrating plastic corrugated and/or
foam products to meet your specific shipping and/or storage requirements. |

Export / Wood / Supplemental Packaging
Amatech/Polycel designs and manufactures various sizes of wood pallets and cartons using KD-HT lumber and a combination of paper or plastic corrugated cartons for domestic or international shipments. We offer expendable packaging to supplement returnables in many markets. We are ISPM 15 certified. |
