Tri-Lam Sheets

Amatech offers two options of an extruded three-layer polypropylene composite consisting of a central structure sheet sandwiched between two smooth outer sheets. This is very similar to the compearl material you may have seen. This material has exceptional rigidity in all directions. Nondirectional material works great for sleeve packs, heavy-duty dividers, and layer pads. We can integrate our laminates into this material to enhance part protection.

Extruded from Polypropylene plastic and is 100% recyclable
Waterproof and resists a wide range of chemicals
Stronger and more durable in all directions than plastic corrugated
Corona treated for inks and printing
Thicknesses: Titan: 3mm, 5mm, and 10mm - Triply: 3.5mm, 5mm, 5.4mm, and 10mm
Colors: Titan: Black Triply: Gray, Black
Can be die-cut, scored, stapled, stitched, and heat welded
Can be laminated, die-cut, scored, stapled, and heat welded
