We are going to feature all of our Project Managers - next up, Joe Greulich.  They are technically our inside sales team but there is much more to their positions at Amatech than that. When you hear the words inside sales team - what does that really mean to you? Sales, is in fact, a small portion of what our team does on a daily basis. Our sales process does not include a catalog; all of what we design and manufacture is completely custom for each and every one of our customers. The sales team's process and knowledge base extend to project management. They are your Project Managers. They will be with you on your project's journey from your first call, first web inquiry, or first email; all of the way to the date your returnable packaging ships. Once you receive your returnable packaging - they follow up to ensure that it has met your expectations. We feel it is key that you have a reliable resource because we know how complex returnable packaging needs can be. Due to this fact, your Project Manager will be your one point of contact for all of your returnable packaging needs from your first project on.

With his 18 years of experience at Amatech, Joe Greulich provides his very concise reasons as to why he thinks Amatech is Amazing.

Q: How does our process get our customers the returnable packaging solutions that best fit their application?

A: We are very detail oriented. With that being said, our attention to every detail makes sure that the product we make will fit the application properly. Why are we so detail oriented? It comes down to customer service. We need to make sure our customers are satisfied with the result. From the initial sketch to final production, we are always working toward making every piece to the agreed-upon design. Our motivation is to have the customer hit their production ground running with the dunnage we design and manufacture. So at the point of product ownership - they have the solution that will work for them moving forward.

Q: What is the key message that you want to convey to your customers?

A
: I try to ensure that the customer understands that what I need to understand is what their ultimate goal is for the project. So that what we produce fits as many of the parameters that they have for a given application. There can be a lot of questions to get to the best solution. So my job primarily is to ask the right questions so we arrive at the correct solution.

Q
: Why do you personally like working at Amatech?

A
: I believe that our staff from management to marketing to sales to engineering to prototyping to production to accounting are all working toward making the customer happy. We strive to consistently make each product to the agreed-upon specifications so that the end user is satisfied with the entire process. That really helps me sleep well at night.
