Our cost-effective boxes, plastic corrugated containers and totes come in standard sizes or can be customized to meet your needs. Features include collapsibility, lids, trays, stackability and nestability. Amatech stocks and distributes HDPE (high density polyethelene) plastic molded bulk containers and lids in many styles and sizes. ID tags and placards are available upon request. We can also design and produce dunnage (dividers, form, pads) to fit any size container.

Plastic Corrugated Sheets
Amatech offers and stocks extruded polypropylene plastic corrugated sheets also known as Coroplast, CorEx, H-Corr, and fluted plastic. There are available in multiple thicknesses and colors. Coroplast is great for packaging, printing and many indoor/outdoor applications.

Prototyping

Amatech provides its customers with industry leading design and prototyping services. Our experienced engineers can take your new or current project and design packaging to meet your needs.

Our staff will work with you to identify and design the best product for environment in the most cost-effective way.

We can design a proposal using our 3-D design capability or our many modeling features that will give you a virtual picture of the product.

Prototyping Example

In addition, we can also produce a fully functional sample that will meet your specifications and give you an exact duplicate of what you would receive from a quantity production run. Our CNC tables are capable of cutting paper corrugated, plastic corrugated and various types of foam materials.

We respect your time and requirements and offer a Quick-Quote and Quick-Prototype policy, which assures a 48 to 72 hour turnaround for most prototype and pricing requests. With or without a prototype, Amatech will provide you with excellent service that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
